[SunRescue] ELC video jitter

That is the 20D10.

The last one of those I had that did that very soonley thereafter croaked.
If it is the same problem I had you will most likely start having the thing
*blink* randomly. One thing to be very careful of with that monitor, they
hate heat, do not block the top venting.
