[SunRescue] Broken 3/60 board

Hi,

since some time now I've got a 3/60 board which 
is broken. The chip at U507 (grid location B2 or 
thereabouts, just below the UARTs) has 
physically burnt out. The label reads:

     FDK
   MD09S140
     8841
 MADE IN JAPAN

I don't know what this chip is for, I only know 
that it won't work without it.
Can someone help me out? I would like to get a 
replacement so that I can get this board up and 
running to give my 3/50 an upgrade.
Who manufacutures this chip, and what P/N is it?
