Yeah, I remember that.  I had it up and running as late as last year.
If anyone needs it for a kneejerk back in time (for comparing their
3/60 eggbeaters), I put my copies of 386BSD-0.0 and 386BSD-0.1 in
the minnie PDP-11 Preservation Society pages.  minnie.cs.adfa.edu.au.

Now, where did I put my 386 box, and my set of 3.5 tapes.....(:+}}...

What is the earliest sun3 class sunos that will run on say a 3/60 or
a 3/160?  Anyone still got any readable tapes of it?
