Hahaha...  I'll take whatever I get - filtered.  Beer, I have a preference on (I hear rumors
our call center in Dallas has a happy hour on Friday, which means you can have some beer
while taking calls! ).

I think the smokes for me came from NT/98 and the many complaining customers I have every day
(not all, but the majority).

Why can't things just work?
