I had it on a SPARCbook 3GX (the machine was bad, could only load
Solaris 2.3, ugh).

NetBSD seems pretty stable, and the installation files aren't as big
as Linux, but unlike Linux, there seems to be a limited amount of procompiled
stuff for it, like emacs, joe, tcsh, etc...
