Plus, on your Sparc UNIX keyboard, your muscle memory would be all wrong: hitting CAPSLK-ALT-DLT wouldn't do what you expected <grin>. 

Does anyone know why they changed it on the PC?

I actually kinda like the position on UNIX machines - seems easier to press.
