It's not the government-escrow encryption chip. It's an Intergraph
designed and built processor. Intergraph and Intel are still enbroiled in
a suit in which Intergraph states that Intel stole patented features from
the Clipper processor and implemented them into the Pentium line without
Intergraph's permission or license. One of those, we'll do this, or you
won't get your processors.
