[SunRescue] Misc equipment up for grabs

I've finally done inventory and have done a first pass at a page covering
equipment I want to clear out, if you want to contribute to the "Save
James from tax-time" fund then take a look at:

Hopefully this will stay accurate and keep me from running out of things I
think I have.  Let me know if anything appeals.  Unfortunately, I'm fresh
out of sbus ethernet cards and 4MB 30-pin SIMMs for the moment.

I don't do this for a living, just as an enthusiast.  I'm very
enthusiastic, though.
