[SunRescue] More SS10 video questions

I'm running an SS10 with a 13w3 to vga adapter. The SS10 will not output
video unless I unplug the adapter, power up, wait about 45 seconds, then
plug the monitor/adapter back in. I'm thinking if I carefully remove the
right pin on the adapter, this problem will be fixed. I'm not sure which
pin. Perhaps the "sense" ground? Any thoughts?
