It's not online, but O'Reilly publishes the definitive book on bind, called
"DNS and BIND", aka the grasshopper book. I think they have a qmail book in
the pipeline, but I'm not sure. See http://www.ora.com/

http://www.qmail.org/

I prefer Exim or postfix myself, but I've heard qmail is also pretty
decent. Make sure you read and understand the license before you use it
though...
