Other than that drive, I've had good luck with Micropolis
so far - got 1 670MB drive in this SS2 and the other, no problems.

Question about failing drives -what causes the sound that sounds like
a marble falling on a glass table?  A friend of mine said it's because the
drive has termal recalibration
problems.
