[SunRescue] hardware password (non-sun)

Pull out the battery on the MB, let it sit for about an hour, put it back
in, and go. You might have to break to the monitor (CMD-~) and reset the
PROM settings if it tries to boot from network after that.

Hi All,

My latest rescue of the local computer science department "spring cleanout"

netted me the following:

sun 4/380

decstation 5000/120

loads of old networking equipment and,

2 NeXT boxes ( a cube and a slab), complete with media, docs, etc 8).

Unfortunately the NeXT's have the hardware password set.  Anyone know how to
reset it?
