[SunRescue] SLC 360/25 web server?

Hi,
 does anyone have any info on this? One has come up for auction and I was
wondering
what was inside? The seller says it is programmed using Sun's TLC language,
what is that?
It is a small squashed pizza box (ie. not very wide or deep) with a 9 way D
type serial, Din serial, RJ45
network and a mains connector on the back. It is matt black in colour and I
can't see any logos on
it from the picture. 

 Any ideas?
