The latter have the "fan that never runs" feature, the former have the
"lets the magic smoke out on a regular basis" feature. 8-)  (I've had
to replace about 10 SGI power supplies in the past 2 years, at my last
job).  Heck, at these prices, its worth picking up 2-3 systems JUST
FOR THE POWER SUPPLIES and SPARE PARTS....
