[SunRescue] Sun SCSI hard drive IDs

Ok.. quick question...
What is the recommended SCSI ID for the "first" SCSI drive? I heard it was
SCSI ID3, and the "second" drive is ID1. How correct is this methodology?
I've got my 1Gig SCSI in my LX, and a 500MEG SCSI in a 411 case. When the
411 case is off, the machine boots up (runs linux), and is /dev/sda ...
however, when the 411 is on, the 500MEGger then assumes /dev/sda status
and the 1Gig becomes /dev/sdb ... So it looks as though I have to rejumper
the drives so that ID1 is the first and ID3 is the second.
