I'm getting tired of Seagates "so-called" support. They refuse to give me any directions to any firmware-upgrades for my ST15150N, simply responing something like "we have no idea what you are babbling about". How frustrating. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Anyone with a firmware for my drive? /Regards, Bjorn
