I believe that's the animal, right there.  There is a 13w3-f on the back.

I just took a break and hopped over to WeirdStuff.  Seems their prices are
going up, but they have a huge selection of various Sun color monitors now. 
Also - James - they have several large enclosures (enclosed racks) that may suit
your needs - some Sun, some MTI, some DEC, some others.  I mean they have
probably 30 different units varying from about 10u to full height racks.  They
all appeared to be 19" wide to the screw holes - I didn't put a tape measure on
them, though.  All of the units were very deep, several were on casters.
