[SunRescue] SS20 and SCSI cd-rom

I know that some of the Sun workstations had "issues" with PC style cd-rom
drives, and I was wondering if the SS20 had the same issues.  My SS20 has a
full height 4x internal CD drive, and I was wondering if I could replace
that with my internal 2x6 speed SCSI CD-R drive.  Thanks,
