I'm a fan of Red Hat.  They've always been very explicit that they're 
selling support and services, not software.

Even when they were selling XFS support as a layered product, CentOS 
still included all the XFS bits, because Red Hat continued to release 
the SRPMs.  (And if you really wanted to, you could build those SRPMs 
for your RHEL system yourself.)
