they have no conscience
they have no feelings
they have no morals
they have no ethics
they have no empathy
they have no heart
they have no sense of responsibility

they have money
they have the drive to make more money
they have lawyers to make sure they don't get caught
they have lawyers to minimize the expense when they get caught
