Backup space?
Install a virtualization solution and offer VMs?
Wordpress or other software installed and maintained for $25 per month?
Anything you do, will require hand-holding of local customers ; but, once you have it setup, it should keep working. People will pay extra to be able to pick up the phone and call you.
Cheers

Subject: [geeks] Question: how to profit from a Web-connected server
Hi all,
I'm curious, what could be done with an Internet-connected server to generate
revenue WITHOUT any significant hands-on involvement?
For example, a Bitcoin machine would be one example, are there any others?
Assume the hardware is reasonably robust (dual quad-core Xeon w/72 Gigs RAM,
with a couple TB of RAID 1 storage available).
I'm just wondering what's possible - with CoLo costs for a 1U server w/ 5
static IP addresses in the $50 range (with some reasonable level of traffic
allotment & power costs included), and the hardware cost being $0, it seems
like there must be some way to turn this server into a money-maker.
Any thoughts?
