Either or... You could get one w/ Pentium CPU or with an Alpha CPU - you could
run WinNT Workstation (v3.5.1, IIRC) on the Alpha.

BRIEFLY they were used as render/compute farm machines (due to small size &
cost) - use vendor had a rack that could take dozens of motherboards off a
shared PS.
