I take back my slight against Oracle - and thank you. However,
unfortunately, I have all of the documents listed there as well (in fact,
I seem to have some kind of ZIP of the above which I downloaded directly
from sun.com some years ago which even has a nice contents.html index
packed with it).

The situation is quite odd - the doc pack mentions these reference guides,
but doesn't include it.
