If it tries and fails to create an inet6 internet-domain X11 display
socket, OpenSSH 5.6 will not create one *at all*, even if perfectly able
to create an inet4 socket.  DAMHIK.

Workarounds:  AddressFamily=inet in sshd.config, or ifconfig lo0 plumb up.
