Arrived today.  Plugged it in, recognized under Ubuntu as a PL2303
usb-to-serial device.  Pointed screen at /dev/ttyUSB0 4800 baud, and the
GPS is spitting out NMEA. 8-)

Now i just need to find a simple program that will interpret the NMEA
strings and show me location and time.
