I had this problem on Solaris when I had Postfix installed as my MTA, but
some applications that shipped with the OS decided to use the
Solaris-bundled sendmail executable for delivering mail locally.  See if
there's another sendmail executable on your system besides the one
(including the Postfix 'sendmail' wrapper) you have configured to talk to
procmail.
