[geeks] Good, Competent UK Managed Web Hosting?

We don't have budget to buy the hardware, just to get dedicated  
managed hosting. Co-lo is a good idea in principle but in practice too  
many co-lo houses blame anything they don't own as soon as an issue  
arises.
