You don't say whether the Blackberry will be tied to a Blackberry
Enterprise Server or standalone or ... With a BES in place, for
example, you've essentially got a VPN back into your environment (with
all of the security concerns that entails). Having said that, there
are different products for the protocols you ask about - MidpSSH will
handle SSH or telnet, RDM+ can provide RDP access, etc.
Not really for a single user/install, but I can also recommend
RoveIT's MobileAdmin which offers customized remote control for
Windows, Exchange, Oracle, SQL, VMware, etc. It's a pretty sweet
product and reasonably priced for a business. Their support is also
very responsive and they seem to take bug reports pretty seriously.
