Okay, then it's almost certainly not the NAT state issue.

I'd be surprised if you could; that was not so much a serious
suggestion as it was a "then I doubt I can help, and here's why".

I don't know; I never use Web configs.  (For Polycoms, at $DAYJOB we
construct an XMLish[%] config file and manually configure only the
minimum necessary for the phone to boot off our server and get the
config from us.)  But that makes it sound as though the phone _does_
NAT (as opposed to being subjected to NAT done elsewhere); if that's
the case, then I don't think that's relevant here.  [%] I don't know
enough to comment on whether it's truly valid XML, but it looks vaguely
similar.

I think I'd start out checking whether the phone is registering
successfully at all.  (I don't recall the 330 all that well, but on
most Polycoms the phone icon next to a line key is hollow if it's not
registered and solid if it's registered successfully.  Or you can just
snoop traffic on port 5060.)

If it's not registering at all, then I wouldn't expect incoming calls
to work.  I'd have to figure out why.  You might be able to tell this
by snooping the network traffic between the phone and the SIP proxy it
tries to register with, but you also might need to check with the
admins of the proxy.

If it's registering but incoming calls still don't work, I can't say
anything useful without seeing the logs of, or talking with the admins
of, the proxy you're registering with (and, presumably, through which
incoming calls should be coming).
