The x86 driver for prtdiag shows the system information, descriptive,
but doesn't show any details on the CPUs like temperature.

I tried using ipimon which is supposed to talk to Dell BMC hardware,
but it is either incompatible or outdated.

Hopefully something will turn up.

I can read drive temp with smartmon, and they are fine.

One thing I have read is that I might have better luck if I upgraded
the BIOS.

That requires Windows though. I have tried a couple of "Windows Live"
ISO images, but they won't boot on the Dell.

In fact, my 2006 copy of Windows XP Pro will not boot on the Dell, so
I probably lack drivers for the chipset (nvidia pro 2000 or something).
