There is a way to do it, and I once spent 5 minutes to learn, but so far
the only dialog box that I needed it came from Skype, and I was able to
get around it.

I've used it so little that I've already forgotten how.

I'm running Leopard on an MSI Wind U100 with a 1024x600 display.
