[geeks] Confusing Info? TCP/IP ports?

Uh ... The only thing I've yet found enlightening is a post from
someone else seeking the same information, and saying that despite
several hours of google searching he's been unable to resolve cft-6 to
anything.
The only thing I've so far found that looks as though it plausibly MIGHT
be relevant is this:
http://cft.et.redhat.com/
I don't immediately see anything there to indicate whether or not cft
(or puppet) listens on any network ports.
