Uh .... actually, no, I don't believe so, in this case.  But I'm far
from being a SEM expert.  My understanding of the articles on the
subject I've read this morning is that what they're referring to there
is the voltage on the scanning coils, not electron energy /per se/.  But
I could well have misunderstood.
