Yup.  We don't provide service to Canadians in Canada because we are  
not able to comply with the CRTC regulations, though we do supply  
Canadian DIDs to customers in the US and Israel.

One of our major target markets is US expatriates, so a large  
percentage of our customer base has no E911.
