The official press release from Sun had a quote from Larry Ellison
saying the two big wins are Solaris and Java.

   Maybe they want a hardware/OS/db applicance kind of thing. In that
case the CoolThreads servers could keep SPARC alive for the middle tier,
while they'd need to better-support the Solaris x86 Oracle for the
database.

   *shrug* Or maybe my job is just doomed.

P.S. The combination of OEM (Grid Control) and xVM Ops Center for
provisioning and managing Oses and Zones could be pretty neat.
