Hey, I like that DeltaCopy thing!  Thanks for the pointer.

FWIW, we had a file transfer protocol like that in Crosstalk Mark 4, i.e. a
protocol that only sent the chages across the wire.  It was really the bee's
knees in 1984, when the best you could hope for was a 14.4 kbps modem....
