It would be interesting to take a traffic "blinker", add the board
inside the housing and powered by two six-volt batteries, along with a
USB Wi-Fi adapter, acting as a sort of hot-spot/island serving up some
static pages from a USB key. The amber light on top could flash to
indicate activity level...
