Did you know that the loss of civil rights for felons varies from state to
state?

Some states revoke a list of civil rights; not all states that do revoke
civil rights have the same list; some states do not revoke the right to
vote.

Some one/s carried the forms into the jails and prisons for the prisoners to
fill out.
