Unicomp bought all the production rights and tooling to the IBM / Lexmark
"Model M" keyboards and still make them.

Right now I'm sitting in front of one of these:

Both are native USB, and have the "Windows" key that I can map to be the
Mac's Command key to have a proper "Mac" layout.

I love them, but they're $70 a piece.  When I need a keyboard for a
"normal" PC, I just get a Model M off eBay for about ten bucks since I
don't need that extra key on the bottom row.
