This was posted by someone else on an Israel related list.
I forward it as a comment to my statment on medical
tourism here.

They came here as Jews under the law of return (a Jewish 
grandparent) and lived here for 2-3 years. As I said in
reply to the list, they may of scammed us out of three
IVF treatments, but we scammed them into producing three
more sabras (native Israelis). :-)
