Well, there's me. :) I've got a /56, I think it is, out of which I'm
using a /96 (and really don't need more than a /124 at the moment; in
using a /96 I'm being generous, allowing 64K addresses per machine and
far more machines than that v4 subnet can hold anyway).
Thanks to an incident a few years back (I spent six months behind a
v6-only uplink), almost all of my own tools are v6-ready, and they
prefer v6 given the choice, so routine traffic over my house LAN is
mostly v6.

My understanding is it borders on trivial, if you're willing to tunnel.
There are apparently a number of places that run such tunnels. Someone
who orks cows has such a tunnel set up; if you like I can ask him whom
he's using for that. (My own space was sub-assigned from my
connectivity upstream.)
