My personal favorite is Weather Underground:
http://www.wunderground.com/ The ads make it hideous, but the paid no
ads subscription is very reasonable, and makes a nicely arranged page.
Also, as far as i can tell, a paid subscriber can send out an infinite
number of free 1 year subscriptions to unique email addresses.
