$300 for barebones chassis & CPU, space for two SATA drives and  
gigabit Ethernet...

I'm not sure about low-power savings, but on a pure price vs. features  
comparison, aside from power savings, Dell has this beat with their  
cheap tower servers (typically $250-300 for low-end boxes without OS,  
but otherwise complete)...
