My understanding is that it's a design flaw in one of the boards or a 
specific component that wasn't up to spec. I picked up a dual link cable 
at a hamfest and that actually made it worse (or I just noticed it 
happening more). Samsung had a replacement at my door within 3 or 4 days 
of me filling out the form online. The hardest part was finding a copy of 
the receipt (I forgot to register it when I bought it.)
