This is an informative, but funny review of Vista:

Microsoft has royally screwed up with this OS release.
Dell is going back to XP, other vendors say they might follow or are
trying to break their contracts, Dell is shipping Ubuntu systems, etc.
Surely, the rational thing for Microsoft would be:
- move back to XP
- add DirectX 10 to XP
- dump Vista
I know it would lose a lot of money, but the way I see it, if they don't
do this, they might lose a lot more.
But then, there are probably enough idiots, and they are stupid enough,
that they'll keep pushing Vista down people's throat.
I've had more chances to use it in the last couple of weeks, and wow...
it is really bad.
At first glance you really don't see the major problems, but as you use
it you see more and more.
The interface, already bad in XP, has been made even worse.
Note in Dog's Breakfast above how Microsoft didn't provide a back button
when you enter the driver dialogs. Instead, by put a back button in the
upper left of the window, where the window operation button is normally.
Hello?
