I think I got the Cool Stack "SAMP" stack running (CSKamp and CSKphplibs packages), it wasn't straight-forward, but in the end I got Apache, PHP, and MySQL running on my Ultra 5, managed by SMF...

Amazingly, there was no clear document that listed all the steps required... I may have to fix that.
