Naaah, Linksys has their own sorry attempts at managed switches, Cisco
doesn't need Linksys except for those who want an "easy" upgrade path
from the steaming piles of fecal matter that Linksys sells.
The Cisco Express switches are an attempt to compete with Linksys, Dell,
Netgear, DLink, etc web managed "smart switches".
Like all new Cisco they're grossly overpriced and you are better off
getting a second-hand 3500XL or 2950 series switch.
