In a fit of angst Phil Stracchino gargled the following:

Don't let that stop you.  File the report form - bang on that until you
get a person.  THEN include the entire e-mail trail in the resulting
e-mail.

Letting someone get away with this sh!t because E-Bay's report form
doesn't work right is just a bad idea in my opinion.
