A Cisco 1601 will handle IPsec too, but that doesn't mean much, does it ;)

It all comes down to how much traffic you're talking about - 1 T1? 2? 3?

I know for a fact that a 3620 will max out it's CPU doing 3DES @
1.5Mbit, and your VIP is quite a bit faster.
