I found some, not "shopping hard", yesterday: 512M (256x2) for $70.

Granted, more expensive than newer and faster memory, but if you really
use the machine and it does good work for you...

My plans may have changed a bit.  I got a U2 with 1GB RAM and 2 300MHz
CPUs for $40 today.  Will cost $40 to ship it, but I can live with that.

As long as the machine is in good working order, I'll probably have it
doing real work for at least a couple of years.

$40 / 24 = $1.60 per month.

I still need to put the PC server together, but this might take some of
the immediate pressure off, as long as the U2 will handle WWW and
database work well enough.
